A wealth management firm has signed a lease for part of the fifth floor of the SunTrust office building at Sharon Square in SouthPark, Pappas Properties and Allen Tate Company said.
Multiple phases of the Pappas Properties project would create a new, 33,000-square-foot Charlotte Regional Realtor Association office in addition to residential, ground-floor retail and another 168,000-square-foot office building.
