Publix Super Market to Anchor Retail at Caida Matthews

Publix will anchor the 82-acre Cadia Matthews mixed-use development at Stallings and Idlewild roads. The grocery store will feature a full-service pharmacy with a drive-thru, Pappas said, and hire about 150 workers. Construction will begin next summer.

Vintage Nail Bar coming to Solis Midtown development

Its portfolio includes major projects such as Metropolitan in midtown Charlotte, Sharon Square in SouthPark and Berewick in Steele Creek.

Pappas Properties to begin first phase of Cadia Matthews

The Charlotte-based developer is starting construction on Cadia Matthews, which spans 82 acres at Stallings and Idlewild roads. The first phase calls for a for-sale residential component with 45 homes and 80 townhomes built by David Weekley Homes. The full project will include 570 total residential units with a mix of product types, along with a 120K SF commercial village.
