Metropolitan

Metropolitan, located adjacent to uptown Charlotte, is the redevelopment of the site that once was Charlotte’s oldest enclosed mall, Midtown Square. Currently under construction, Metropolitan will offer retail, residential, dining and entertainment in a pedestrian-friendly, urban mixed-use environment. Metropolitan will appeal to those wanting location and convenience as well as access to the new greenway along Little Sugar Creek and Pearl Street Park. Metropolitan will serve the nearby communities of Dilworth, Myers Park, Elizabeth and Cherry neighborhoods as a convenience center.
