A Florida native, Laura worked in various senior property management positions before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, with Inland Southern Management Corporation. From the Atlanta office, Laura relocated to Charlotte where she was responsible for opening the regional Inland Headquarters. Her responsibilities included the oversight of acquisition of over 10 million square feet of retail property and the management and leasing of 13 million square feet of retail property throughout the northeast. .
Just prior to joining Pappas Properties, Laura was the Charlotte Real Estate Manager for Circle K Stores, Inc. responsible for the supervision of the Real Estate Department staff. In this position, she also oversaw all real estate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, all leasing activities, including renewals of leases and leasing of vacant stores and/or restaurants, all condemnation issues and the negotiation of divest property sales.
