Fritz, Director of Design & Construction, was a practicing architect for over twenty years. He then spent sixteen years with Bovis Lend Lease, where he became Joint Managing Director of the Bovis Construction Group, responsible for the Asia Pacific region, an area including ten countries extending from Japan to Australia, China & Malaysia.
His experience on major undertakings such as Canary Wharf in London makes him uniquely qualified to lead the construction design process of an unique mixed-use project. Fritz has also worked as an advisor/consultant to developers and companies in the USA and Europe.
Fritz's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture degree from University of Kansas at Lawrence, Management of Planning and Design Firms, Harvard University, P&O Executive Seminar Program, Templeton College, Oxford University.
