Robert has over 25 years experience managing the development and construction of commercial and mixed-use development projects, ranging from commercial site selection/development and commercial office buildings to retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments including parking structures and retail interiors.
Robert has recently completed design and construction management responsibilities for the Metropolitan at Midtown project in Charlotte, NC located on the former Charlottetown Mall site in midtown Charlotte. This $185M project includes 101 high end residential condominiums, 172,000 sf of retail space including 25,000 sf restaurant and 154,000 sf class “A” office space in a 10 story office tower as well as a 1,040 space, 6 story parking deck.
Robert is currently responsible for the design and construction management of the Ashley Park project located in SouthPark in Charlotte, including The Whole Foods Market retail building while completing tenant coordination work at Metropolitan for several restaurants currently under lease.
