Alan P. Dean - Vice President of Multifamily Development
Alan leads Pappas Properties Multifamily Division from an office in Atlanta, expanding the division’s operations to markets throughout the Southeast.
Alan spent twelve years with Trammell Crow Residential (“TCR”), the last six as the Sr. Managing Director, leading the firm’s Atlanta-based Southeast Division as it developed multifamily projects valued at more than $1B. He has worked on many notable projects, including The St. Regis Hotel and Residences in Atlanta, One Vinings Mountain and Alexan Town Brookhaven.
Alan is an honor Graduate of Wake Forest University with a BS degree in Business. He received his MBA Degree from Georgia State University.
